Hello viewers! If are new to the blog, then scroll down and look at my first post!! This morning I wanted to make a breakfast shake and there was one problem, no milk. You can try these subs whether you are out of regular milk or if you want to follow a vegan lifestyle.
Substitutes for Milk:
Half & Half is a good substitute for milk in smoothies or milkshakes, but it needs to be watered down.
Plain or vanilla Greek yogurt is a great substitute for milk in smoothies plus, it has tons of protein.
You can try water, it may work if you want to use it in macaroni & cheese.
Almond, soy, or coconut milk are great dairy-free substitutes for regular milk. If you want to be vegan, then this is probably the best choice for you. This is good for cereal as well. Even if you consume dairy, try these other nondairy milks.

Welcome to Emma's foods! Parmesan Chicken

Parmesan Chicken Dinner:
Ingredients:
Bake strips until golden brown. I opened the oven and sprayed a little olive oil a few times throughout the cooking because I didn't want the chicken to get too dry.
Vegetables:
Potatoes:
Dessert: For dessert I made ready to eat cookie dough (delicious!)

Bake strips until golden brown. I opened the oven and sprayed a little olive oil a few times throughout the cooking because I didn't want the chicken to get too dry.
Vegetables:
- Zucchini squash
- Apple
- Half an onion
Potatoes:
- Potatoes, rinsed and peeled
- Scallions, chives, sour cream, and any other topping you would like
Dessert: For dessert I made ready to eat cookie dough (delicious!)
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbs vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- water to taste (Whatever consistency you choose)
- Chocolate chips
- Mix the sugars and butter in a medium mixing bowl. Add the flour to the mixture. Add all of the other ingredients, water being last. I thought it was a little sticky and added more flour.
